Primary Responsibilities

• Hand solder surface mount and through-hole components on low, medium, and high-density PCBs.
• Perform precise soldering and rework under microscope for resistors, capacitors, and complex electronic packages.
• Achieve daily production objectives with significant impact on output quality.
• Work independently with limited supervision while collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Read technical drawings and adhere to detailed work instructions.

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED and 0-4 years prior relevant experience.
• Proven experience soldering under microscope.
• Skilled in surface mount and through-hole soldering techniques.
• Ability to interpret drawings and follow instructions precisely.
• US Citizen eligible to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• IPC-A-610 certification.
• J-STD-001 certification.
