Join our National Security Sector supporting USCYBERCOM's Cyberspace Operational Support Services (COSS) program. This Plans, Policy, and Doctrine Development Lead role drives planning activities for J3 Operations, CNMF, and JTF-ARES, focusing on cyber operational planning, strategy, doctrine, campaign assessments, and secure IT communications with partner nations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive CO by providing SME on doctrine, policy, and cyberspace operations integration.
  • Review and optimize USCYBERCOM plans, policies, and doctrine.
  • Lead full-spectrum CO doctrinal research and development.
  • Develop adaptive plans incorporating emerging tech, threats, and lessons learned.
  • Align with USG/DoD guidance and ensure service interoperability.
  • Support Joint Forces training on CO policies.
  • Incorporate operational feedback loops.
  • Present to senior leaders and conduct TDY as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • BA/BS +12 years or Master's +10 years in relevant Cyber experience.
  • 5+ years in CO plans/policy/doctrine and operational planning SME.
  • Deep knowledge of military operations phases.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in plans, strategy, policy, and doctrine development in cyberspace operations (experience)
  • 5+ years providing SME in operational planning for military organizations and CCMDs (experience)
  • Intimate familiarity with military operations phases (planning, approval, execution) (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide SME in doctrine, policy, and operational relationships to integrate CO in military operations
  • Review and recommend changes to USCYBERCOM plans, policies, doctrine, authorities, and statutes to optimize CO
  • Lead research and doctrinal development incorporating operational concepts and lessons learned
  • Develop plans, policies, and doctrine accounting for emerging technologies, threats, and needs within USG/DoD frameworks
  • Ensure alignment with higher-level USG/DoD guidance and promote interoperability with military services
  • Support training materials development for Joint Forces on CO policies and doctrine
  • Incorporate feedback loops from operational outcomes to refine plans, policy, and doctrine
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior USG personnel in timely, relevant formats
  • Conduct TDY to CONUS/OCONUS locations as required for development activities
