Platform Integration Engineer
Join Leidos' Multi-Domain Solutions Division as a Platform Integration Engineer, supporting the Department of Defense's Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) initiative. This remote role focuses on the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Digital Infrastructure Processing Node, delivering scalable, secure solutions for all-domain weapon systems, IT, and C2 at speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate familiar and unfamiliar technologies into cohesive, orchestrated solutions.
- Analyze gaps in technology stacks and architect paths to resolution.
- Follow team leader guidance on implementation scope while developing robust installation, integration, and test procedures.
- Automate repetitive tasks using Python, shells, PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Produce unambiguous documentation and demonstrate solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to Agile processes: daily scrums, sprint planning, PI planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate by reviewing peer work, providing feedback, and enabling team success.
Basic Qualifications
- BS with 4-8 years or MS with 2-6 years relevant experience.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Proficiency in RBAC, least-privilege, auth/auth, PKI, secure networking, containerization, and image scanning.
- 1-3+ years in Terraform/AWS CloudFormation/Ansible; Python/shell/PowerShell scripting; AWS/Azure/GCP services (VPC, VPN, firewalls); Git; Docker/K8s/OpenShift; monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK).
Preferred Qualifications
- Security+ certification.
