Job Description

PMO Coordinator - Drive Mission-Critical Programs at Leidos Australia

As PMO Coordinator, report to the PMO Manager while owning governance, finance, and scheduling for high-stakes programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial management: forecasting, workforce planning, actuals/EAC reviews, Excel-based analysis, and change control.
  • Handle core PMO operations: reporting, document control, SharePoint systems, onboarding/offboarding, audits, and primary support contact.
  • Drive risk/issue management: coordinate reviews, track mitigations across the program.
  • Maintain Contract Master Schedule (CMS) using Microsoft Project in collaboration with managers.
  • Manage communications: stakeholder messaging, engagement events, recognition programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel for financial/project control; SharePoint expertise; MS Project proficiency.
  • Power BI advantageous; PMI CAPM/PMP/PMOCP certification.
  • Australian citizenship, NV-1 clearance (OSA eligible); independent worker with initiative.

  • Proven stakeholder engagement and independent working (experience)

Responsibilities
