Leidos is seeking a Power Consultant Senior Project Manager to join our Energy & Infrastructure Consulting Practice. The energy sector is undergoing rapid transformation, replacing outdated power systems with efficient, sustainable alternatives that benefit utilities, developers, and investors while advancing environmental goals.
Key Role and Impact
Reporting to a Power Transaction Services Managing Director, you will lead consulting engagements critical to financial transactions in power generation and infrastructure. Work with developers, utilities, manufacturers, investors, and advisors to evaluate technologies like wind, solar, battery storage, fuel cells, and advanced fuels. Based in Framingham, MA or Denver, CO, with remote options for select candidates.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee project economics, costs, budgets, staffing, subcontractors, resources, and risks.
- Plan, schedule, monitor, and report project activities.
- Lead teams to meet client objectives and facilitate status meetings.
- Collaborate on proposals, bids, contracts, estimates, and schedules.
- Manage scope, requirements, changes, and resolve issues.
- Coach cross-functional teams for goal achievement.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (experience)
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies (wind, solar, battery storage) (experience)
