Leidos seeks a Principal Cybersecurity Systems Engineer to drive information assurance and systems engineering excellence. Support high-stakes DoD initiatives with your expertise in cybersecurity evaluations and accreditation processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct cybersecurity high assurance evaluations, reviewing security documents and artifacts to ensure compliance with certification requirements.
• Participate in security meetings, translating vulnerabilities into actionable risk management guidance.
• Document deficiencies, recommend requirement clarifications, and improve processes to mitigate security risks.
• Develop and evaluate key documentation including Systems Engineering Plans, Requirements Specifications, and security testing artifacts.
• Provide technical support for requirements elicitation, analysis, integration, testing, and systems reviews of hardware/software systems.
• Support DoD Certification/Accreditation and other government C&A processes.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of Systems Engineering experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (5 years additional experience may substitute).
• Proven Information Assurance and Cryptographic experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams.

Preferred Experience

• Space/Weapon/Ground/Terminal systems development.
• DoD C&A processes.
• Space Systems Engineering.
