Job Summary
Execute design, development, and administration of an enterprise-scale Next Generation Correlation/Entity Resolution platform. Support mission-critical data exploitation for multiple applications. Leverage expertise in master data management, probabilistic matching, and entity resolution to optimize performance at scale. Refine roadmaps into actionable user stories and prioritize with leadership.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop probabilistic matching configurations, algorithms, and models for multi-domain entity resolution.
- Analyze records to build relationships and master data views enhancing quality and compliance.
- Manage full lifecycle: data modeling, testing, deployment, and high-availability administration.
- Optimize standardization, bucketing, comparison algorithms, custom rules, weights, and thresholds.
- Conduct match tuning, false positive/negative analysis, threshold optimization, and quality metrics.
- Enhance performance through indexing, partitioning, query tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning.
- Partner with stakeholders, document architecture, and lead incident response/root cause analysis.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience translating business needs into probabilistic matching configurations.
- Knowledge of entity resolution, Fellegi-Sunter, distance metrics, phonetic algorithms.
- Expertise in data quality, tokenization, standardization, normalization.
- Advanced analytical skills for data analysis and pattern recognition.
- SQL/Oracle proficiency in large-scale environments with tuning.
- ETL, data integration, cloud-based Linux systems experience.
- Agile methodologies familiarity.
- BS +12 years or MS +10 years experience; TS/SCI with polygraph required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Statistics/data science background; IBM InfoSphere MDM experience.
- IBM MDM tools, workbench, configuration utilities.
- Probabilistic matching engines knowledge.
