Leidos is seeking a Principal Integration Engineer SPM to join our Intel Security Sector's Analysis Solutions Business Area in Bethesda, MD. Key Role Overview
As an experienced Development Team Lead and Systems Engineer, serve as Scrum Team Project Manager (SPM) in an IC environment. Lead development teams, act as customer liaison with web/mobile app knowledge, support Agile Release Train PM in epics, features, and roadmaps. Drive product design, requirements development, prioritization, risk management, and timelines in a tailored SAFe Agile DevSecOps setup. Leverage requirements management, portfolio management, and Lean Six Sigma expertise.
Primary Responsibilities
- Systems engineering and integration support for new capabilities into test/operational environments, including processes for integration, staging, and release management.
- Orchestrate VC workflow alignment with program processes under government guidance.
- Automate deployment of services, COTS/GOTS, custom code to meet objectives.
- Strategic partnership driving innovation via iterative feedback.
- Lead Agile teams managing scope, schedule, cost for project success.
- Track PI deliverables, ensure complete stories, coordinate production changes and approvals.
Basic Qualifications
Require TS/SCI with Polygraph, Bachelor's +12 years (or equivalent), 5+ years integration experience, Agile delivery expertise, AWS proficiency, and knowledge of REST/SOAP, Java, Python, Linux/Windows. Experience integrating diverse software and security components essential.
