Key Responsibilities

• Ensure STE/STN compliance across all systems.
• Manage account/access controls, network rights, and security procedures.
• Configure UNIX/Windows OS, install software, troubleshoot issues, and enhance performance.
• Provide daily IT support for client/server/storage/network/mobile devices.
• Assist users with system access, escalated tickets, and detailed analysis.
• Perform system optimization, capacity planning, and hardware/software configurations.

Basic Qualifications

• 15+ years System Administrator experience on complex programs (20 years without Bachelor’s).
• Bachelor’s in technical discipline preferred.
• Proficiency in LINUX, Windows, and Virtualization.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
