Job Summary

Maintain enterprise network infrastructure for optimal configuration, availability, performance, capacity, and maintenance. Monitor obsolescence, manage upgrades, and evaluate alternatives across on-premises, cloud, virtual, and physical IT environments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Architecture, design, installation, configuration, administration, support, and maintenance of networks, hardware, and cloud resources.
• Technology updates, performance tuning, critical patch implementation.
• Risk assessment, mitigation, vendor trade studies, SLA documentation.
• Continuity of operations and disaster recovery planning.
• Operations monitoring, metrics collection for KPIs and SLAs.

Basic Qualifications

• Technical/management leadership with expert domain knowledge.
• Senior management interfacing and client negotiations.
• Expertise in AWS, scripting (Shell, Python, PERL), Windows/Unix, Cisco, IP/Routing, ITIL/SAFe.
• Hardware/software vendor analysis and recommendations.
• Bachelor’s +12 years or Master’s +10 years experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications

• DevOps with GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible.
• CCNA certification.
