Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical software activities within the SW Enablement portfolio alongside Enablement Lead and Chief Solution Architect.
• Validate new practices and tools with real program teams and business development.
• Coach teams on new practices, helping developers adapt to rapid changes.
• Advocate safe, humane AI and modern practices across Leidos.
• Collaborate with Software, Cyber, AI Accelerators for tool feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s/Ph.D. +15 years in Science/Engineering/Technology (or equivalent experience).
• Recent software lead/architect on large-scale efforts.
• AI tools experience across SDLC.
• DevOps pipelines in cloud/on-prem.
• Productivity metrics analysis.
• National Security experience; TS/SCI+P eligible.
