Our team leads in Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Mission Software, Analytical Methods and Modeling, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Cryptographic Key Management. Key Responsibilities
- Act as strategic thinker understanding requirements, risks, and mission objectives with limited guidance.
- Execute project plans, manage governance, schedules, budgets, and mitigate execution risks.
- Communicate complex concepts effectively to customers and technical teams.
- Apply judgment to challenge teams, manage client expectations, and drive innovation.
- Lead Agile teams using SAFe methodology, track deliverables to Program Increment (PI) completion.
- Coordinate stories, production changes, and deployment approvals with stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree + 12+ years experience.
- Expert in Agile/SAFe, service-oriented environments, web/mobile development.
- TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAFe Agilist or Scrum Master Certification.
- SAFe agile methodology experience.
- Software development/infrastructure background.
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.

- Manage product design, requirements, prioritization, risk mitigation, and implementation timelines in SAFe Agile DevSecOps
- Coordinate technical planning, Agile teams, mission customers, verification, validation, and deployments
- Execute project plans, manage scope/schedule/cost, track deliverables to PI completion
- Communicate complex concepts to customers and teams, manage expectations, drive innovation
- Ensure stories are complete, socialize production changes, brief deployment boards
