Join Leidos as a Printed Circuit Board Design Technician

Are you ready to make a real impact in national security missions? Leidos, a leader in innovative solutions, is seeking a talented Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Design Technician to join our Mission Solutions Operation team in Chantilly, Virginia. Support critical government contracts in the National Capital Region (NCR) by managing PCB design workflows and ensuring seamless fabrication and assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end PCB design workflow, including library file maintenance using ECAD tools.
  • Create and update procedures for PCB design, assembly, and fabrication.
  • Act as the PCB design expert, advising and training team members on industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide hands-on support to PCB fabrication and assembly operations.
  • Assist with procurement needs for PCB components and services.
  • Travel up to 5% CONUS/OCONUS to support mission requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) + 4 years experience, or 8+ years relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise in Altium Concord Pro and Altium Designer software.
  • Team-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Adept at multitasking in dynamic environments; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to obtain IPC specialist certifications in PCB design.
