Key Responsibilities

• Serve as PCB design expert on integrated team with fabrication and assembly operations
• Manage complete PCB design workflow and maintain all files in ECAD design library
• Create and maintain comprehensive PCB design, assembly, and fabrication procedures
• Advise, assist, and train personnel on industry-leading PCB design standards and best practices
• Support procurement processes for PCB fabrication and assembly requirements
• Travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 5% to support mission needs

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) + 12 years relevant experience; 16 years experience may substitute for degree
• Demonstrated proficiency with Altium Concord Pro electronic components library and Altium Designer software
• Proven team collaboration experience
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to dynamic requirements
• Capacity to obtain/maintain IPC specialist-level PCB design certifications
• Strong Microsoft Office application proficiency
