Procurement Analyst SME - Drive National Security Impact at Leidos

Leidos is seeking a Procurement Analyst SME to join our National Security Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA) in Bethesda, MD. Be at the forefront of Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations, Mission Software, SIGINT, and Cryptographic Key Management. Key Responsibilities

• Leverage deep federal and IC contracting policy experience to advise on enhancing procurement performance.
• Influence strategic solutions impacting IC procurement goals and business outcomes.
• Develop and implement innovative processes, policies, and standards for complex, multi-disciplinary challenges.
• Provide specialized procurement and contracting policy support, producing technical products and briefings for diverse stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• BA degree with 12-15 years or Masters with 10-13 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in procurement policy, contract types, vehicles, authorities, and IC procurement activities.
• Proven writing and briefing skills; knowledge of intelligence priorities.
• At least one professional certification: DAWIA Contracting Level 3, DAWIA Program Management Level 3, CPCM, CFCM, or FAI.

Compensation & Location

Pay range: $105,300 - $190,350 USD annually, based on experience, skills, and market alignment. Full-time role in Bethesda, Maryland, United States.
