Job Description
Join Leidos' All-Star Team as TS/SCI Cleared Product Owner
Leidos seeks a dynamic Product Owner to drive software design, engineering, development, and deployment for DIA’s National Digital Exploit and OSINT Center (NDOC) under our 10-year DOMEX Technology Platform contract. Work on-site in Bethesda, MD with flexible scheduling and occasional remote tasks. Collaborate with Lead Systems Engineer, Release Train Engineer, and government leads to deliver high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct all aspects of R&D, integration, and sustainment for mission-critical NDOC applications.
- Design tools for Facial Recognition, Digital Forensics Orchestration, Multimedia Triage, and Voice Recognition.
- Lead systems engineering from requirements to deployment and assessment.
- Own the product portfolio and inter-application relationships.
- Manage Agile backlogs, facilitate scrum ceremonies, and ensure engineering excellence.
- Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS in relevant field with 8-12/6+ years experience.
- Active TS clearance (TS/SCI w/Poly required).
- Proven Product Owner experience in Agile environments.
- Expertise in backlog management, scrum facilitation, and tools like Jira/Gitlab.
- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- NMEC apps (Storefront, Harmony), Digital Forensics, AI processing.
- Kafka/RabbitMQ, Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, PostgreSQL, GraphQL.
- Proactive tech debt identification.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills (experience)
- Stakeholder relationship management with government/contractor teams (experience)
Responsibilities
- Manage research, development, integration, and sustainment for NDOC mission applications
- Plan and oversee tools for Facial Recognition, Digital Forensics, Multimedia Enhancement, and Voice Recognition
- Execute systems engineering: requirements analysis, design, integration, testing, deployment
- Own product portfolio and manage programmatic relationships across applications
- Develop, manage, and improve Agile scrum team backlogs ensuring engineering best practices
- Foster collaboration, mentor junior engineers, drive process improvements
- Escalate impediments, manage risks, maintain continuous software enhancements
