Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and install components, cables, and hardware based on engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Interpret schematics to build, route, and terminate RF, Ethernet, and signal cables to exact specifications.
• Use hand and power tools for efficient assembly and installation of equipment.
• Support IT rack builds and related assemblies.
• Conduct basic quality checks to meet company and industry standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and collaborate with team members.
• Adhere to all safety policies and report issues promptly.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
• Excellent attention to detail and instruction-following skills.

• Eligibility for public trust clearance.

Physical Requirements
