Leidos seeks a Production Control Manager for our Vista, CA facility, producing cutting-edge screening technology for aviation, borders, and critical infrastructure. Join a diverse team delivering threat detection systems deployed in 120+ countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage manufacturing orders (MOs) from inception to closeout, reviewing cost variances.
- Collaborate on material shortages, purchase requisitions, and bulk inventory levels.
- Coordinate production scheduling with leadership to align with master schedule.
- Monitor KPIs, identify schedule risks, and implement mitigations.
- Review MBOMs, participate in EOL/MRB processes, and implement ECNs.
- Lead 5-7 team members: hiring, performance reviews, training documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher.
- CPIM or CSCP certification.
- 3+ years manufacturing/supply chain experience.
- 5+ years MRP (Costpoint preferred), advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
