Leidos, a leader in defense innovation, seeks a skilled Production Control Planner Scheduler for our Colorado Springs Manufacturing Facility. Primary Responsibilities
- Plan and manage manufacturing timelines ensuring on-time production and delivery.
- Handle order demand in CostPoint (CMR or MRP).
- Maintain 6-week schedules using Microsoft Project and Deltek CostPoint.
- Coordinate across departments, print Manufacturing Orders, and track PO deliveries.
- Lead status meetings, perform capacity analysis for equipment, and improve on-time delivery metrics.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in logistics/business + 4 years production planning with ERP (CostPoint preferred); equivalent experience accepted.
- MES experience, Microsoft Project proficiency.
- Excellent communication; lead meetings effectively.
- US Citizen with Final Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain/maintain.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years experience or Master’s + 2-4 years.
- Deltek CostPoint expertise, advanced Microsoft Project, Solumina MES.
- Multi-resource scheduling, CNC machining experience.
- Active Secret Clearance.
