Join our Defense Systems Sector supporting the Persistent Surveillance Portfolio in Huntsville, AL. As a Program Administrator, you'll provide essential support to senior leadership in a fast-paced defense environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Direct administrative support to Program Manager, Deputy PM, Chief Engineer, and IPT leads.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and action item tracking.
  • Arrange complex domestic/international travel and compliant expense reports.
  • Manage program calendars and stakeholder scheduling.
  • Oversee document control, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and assist with onboarding.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent + 2-4 years experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Concur/SAP.
  • Executive travel and expense expertise under deadlines.
  • Strong organization, communication, and independence in high-pressure settings.
  • US citizen eligible for DoD clearance; local to Huntsville or willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate/Bachelor’s degree.
  • DoD/engineering program experience.
  • Familiarity with contracts, EVM, DoD acquisition lifecycle.
  • Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to senior program leadership including Program Manager and IPT leads
  • Coordinate meetings, reviews, and technical interchanges including agendas, minutes, and action items
  • Plan complex domestic and international travel itineraries and process compliant expense reports
  • Maintain program calendars and manage scheduling with stakeholders
  • Handle document control, procurement requests, and subcontractor liaison
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and support onboarding and training
