Make an Impact with Leidos in Anchorage, AK

Join Leidos' Digital Modernization Sector supporting the FAA's National Airspace System. We're hiring a Program Analyst for the NISC IV program, focusing on the Weather Camera Program (WCP) and Alaska Flight Service Facilities Maintenance (AFSFM). Work onsite in Anchorage, AK (telework 1-2 days/week with approval) to deliver innovative IT solutions for aviation safety.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage fund obligations: Create/track PRs, PAs, RAs, and reconciliations for WCP/AFSFM.
  • Standardize Purchase Requests, authorizations, credit cards against annual budgets.
  • Align cuff records with FAA's DELPHI accounting and PRISM procurement systems.
  • Apply FAA capitalization rules; recommend compliant financial strategies.
  • Collaborate with FAA on program needs, milestones, and execution.
  • Handle CWP funding for WCAM/AFSFM projects.
  • Support budget planning, execution, reporting, and projections.
  • Facilitate SME communications and resolve implementation issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's OR 4+ years experience OR Master's with <2 years (experience may substitute).
  • Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, functions); PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Strong financial/data analysis; clear communication skills.
  • Public Trust eligibility: U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident (3/5 years residency).
  • Independent worker in fast-paced teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • FAA experience; finance/accounting/budgeting expertise in MS Office.
  • Contract management knowledge.

  • Apply FAA capitalization rules and recommend financial solutions per appropriation law
  • Collaborate with FAA clients on needs, milestones, timelines
  • Support Corporate Work Plan funding for WCAM/AFSFM
  • Assist with budget planning, execution, reporting, projections
  • Facilitate communications between SMEs and program managers
