Primary Responsibilities

• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and in-depth analysis of all contract cost and financial data.
• Maintain weekly program reporting, covering funding, actuals, open commits, and material tracking.
• Support monthly closings of key financial metrics like revenue and operating income.
• Manage PR creation and work authorizations.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from internal management and external customers.
• Thrive independently or in teams across organizational levels.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with less than 1 year applicable experience.
• US Citizen able to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Strong organization, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of managing high-volume data in demanding, cyclical settings.
• Self-motivated with proven multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior finance experience in government contracting.
• Familiarity with systems like OBI, Cognos, PowerBI, Fusion, CostPoint.
• Knowledge of FAR, GAAP, and SOX.
