Leidos’ Defense Sector is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and manage defense-related programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Lead critical initiatives that drive innovation, enhance operational readiness, and support national security. This position is contingent upon program award (anticipated late February to mid-March) and covers multiple opportunities with compensation matched to experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead complex Army-related programs for timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Develop strategies aligned with military and organizational goals.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including military, contractors, and agencies.
  • Monitor performance, mitigate risks proactively.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver reports to leadership.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Engineering, or related (5+/8+ years) OR Master’s (3+/6+ years); experience may substitute.
  • Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI eligible).
  • Program management and team leadership experience.
  • Military or defense contracting background.
  • Strong Army operations knowledge.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and project tool proficiency (MS Project, Agile).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree.
  • PMP or equivalent certification.
  • DoD acquisition and lifecycle management experience.
  • Military operational planning familiarity.
  • Knowledge of AI, cybersecurity, advanced analytics.
