Primary Responsibilities
- Direct complex, inter-related project tasks ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage client POCs and foster collaboration on plans and deliverables.
- Oversee schedules, technical/financial reporting, and team delegation.
- Conduct requirements analysis, trade studies, integration, testing, and QA.
- Lead transitions to operations & maintenance with engineering partners.
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS in technical/management field + 8 years experience (4+ Program Management).
- Digital transformation expertise in cybersecurity, cloud, automation, AI/ML.
- Experience managing engineering-to-sustainment transitions.
- Active DoD Secret clearance required.
- Proven leadership, analytical skills, and customer collaboration.
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification.
- CMMI Level 3+ or ISO-9001 process experience.
- DHS/TSA program familiarity.

- Establish technical and financial reporting for management and customers
- Perform systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, and quality assurance
- Manage transitions from engineering to operations and maintenance
- Foster open communications and collaboration with engineering contractors
