Our Persistent Surveillance Portfolio seeks a highly organized Program Material Analyst in Huntsville, AL. Support critical programs with procurement oversight, supplier management, and administrative excellence in a dynamic government contracting environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Track all portfolio purchases to ensure on-time material delivery
  • Proactively engage vendors to resolve delays and expedite critical shipments
  • Identify supplier risks and craft effective mitigation strategies
  • Partner with procurement to resolve payment discrepancies
  • Manage comprehensive program documentation and supplier milestones
  • Support procurement through vendor research, requisition preparation, and PO management
  • Maintain accurate program databases and perform essential administrative tasks

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related + 2-4 years program analysis experience
  • OR 5+ years program analysis experience, preferably in government contracting
  • DoD Secret Clearance (active or obtainable)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and strong organizational skills
  • Huntsville, AL residency or relocation willingness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deltek Costpoint expertise
  • Proven supplier relationship management
  • Active SECRET Clearance

  • Coordinate and manage program documentation
  • Maintain supplier deadlines and milestones
  • Assist with procurement: research vendors, prepare requisitions, manage POs
  • Manage program databases with accurate data entry
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned
