Leidos' NISC IV Training Group (NTG) seeks a dynamic Project Analyst to support the FAA's Office of Commercial Space Transportation (AST) in Cape Canaveral, FL. Deliver program management and technical expertise aligned with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS), driving mission success in commercial space activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely management support for diverse tasks and projects.
  • Collaborate in government-led teams, attending FAA-contractor meetings to align scopes and objectives.
  • Research and resolve AST issues with rigorous follow-up.
  • Create and maintain SOP documents for operational efficiency.
  • Draft, publish, and archive precise meeting minutes.
  • Produce financial reports for annual, quarterly, and ad-hoc reviews, emphasizing budget accuracy.
  • Streamline business processes, administration, and office operations.
  • Manage program correspondence, action tracking, and urgent priorities.
  • Apply regulations on travel, attendance, and finances to ensure compliance.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's + 4-8 years or Master's + 2-6 years relevant experience (substitutions possible).
  • FAA AMS System proficiency.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and Project skills.
  • Superior writing for executive correspondence, spreadsheets, and visuals.
  • Exceptional communication fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Multitasking expertise in schedules, risks, and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience crafting briefing packages for senior executives.
  • Prior FAA or federal agency operations/logistics support.

  • Interpret policies on travel, time/attendance, and resolve financial inquiries
