This role in our Capture Operations team within the Australian Growth Office supports bid teams in securing new business through expert project controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project schedules, transition plans, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) aligned with customer requirements.
  • Analyse tender data, write project-related bid content, and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Estimate costs, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Monitor performance using metrics and SLAs, maintain risk registers, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage changes, map requirements, and conduct gap analysis in a fast-paced tender environment.

What You'll Bring

  • 1–2 years project management experience, with interest in scheduling and risk in ASDEFCON contracting.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and issue resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of PM methodologies, budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent tools.
