Leidos seeks a Project Management Support – SME (Technical Security and Signals Countermeasures Support Analyst) to support the Center for Security Evaluation (CSE) in delivering ICD 702 mission support to the USG TSSC community. Our team leads in Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Mission Software, Analytical Methods, SIGINT, and Cryptographic Key Management. Key Responsibilities
- Consult TSSC organizations and stakeholders to define requirements and solve problems.
- Analyze intelligence for vulnerabilities, risks, and produce technical reports.
- Deliver briefings, reviews, and mitigation strategies on wireless/technical threats.
- Liaise between government leaders and program stakeholders.
- Process meeting data for analysis, assessments, and reporting.
- Coordinate TSSC exercises blending TSCM, TEMPEST, CND, and offensive disciplines.
Basic Qualifications
- TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
- BA + 12-15 years or Masters + 10-13 years relevant experience.
- 5+ years in CI, technical/cyber threat analysis.
- IC/cyber intelligence cycle knowledge.
- Client-facing briefing and facilitation skills.
- Strong communication for technical/non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- TSCM/intel experience in acoustic, electrical, optical, or RF domains.
- Interagency reporting and collaboration innovation.
- Intelligence cycle workflow implementation.
Pay Range: $116,350 - $210,325 USD (varies by experience, skills, and location). Leidos outpaces the status quo—apply to disrupt and thrive.
