Leidos is seeking a Project Management Support Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA). Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage portfolio management expertise to monitor and analyze IT programs, capabilities, and services.
  • Drive strategic planning to evolve sponsor priorities and directions.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations on strategies, roadmaps, risks, capability gaps, dependencies, strategic alignment, and funding.
  • Support government clients on goals, objectives, schedules, and high-level executive reporting.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical communications for senior audiences.
  • Foster collaboration across diverse entities and international partners.
  • Lead SME teams, providing strategic guidance in dynamic, fast-paced settings.

Basic Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
  • BS + 15 years, Masters + 13 years, or Doctorate in relevant field.
  • Exceptional writing skills for high-quality deliverables.
  • Deep knowledge of portfolio/program/project management and PPBE processes.
  • Proficiency in KPIs, analytics, problem-solving, and multi-format deliverables (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills for senior-level interactions.
