Leidos is seeking a motivated Project Scheduler for a dynamic role supporting large IT projects at an Investor-Owned Utility client in New Jersey. Thrive in a challenging environment with variety and professional growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain resource/cost-loaded schedules in Primavera P6.
- Perform in-depth schedule analysis, critical path management, and earned value support.
- Manage dependencies across SAP workstreams for client modernization projects.
- Interface with Project Managers, stakeholders, and vendors to gather data and forecast financials.
- Provide proactive reporting on risks, milestones, and recovery options to leadership.
- Participate in audits, maintain schedule databases, and adhere to PMO standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related; 4+ years P6 experience required.
- Proven IT scheduling expertise, PMO knowledge, and independent work style.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills for executive interactions.
Location & Work Arrangement
Based in Newark, NJ—prefer local candidates for 3 days/week onsite. Remote possible with bi-weekly travel.
Compensation & Growth
