Project Scheduler - Hybrid Role in Whiteley, Hampshire

We're seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a complex, large-scale programme. This hybrid role, based in Whiteley, Hampshire, requires SC clearance attainment and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and own the programme's IMS.
- Consolidate multi-workstream schedules into a logically linked master plan.
- Conduct critical path and dependency analysis to identify risks and mitigations.
- Review and challenge plans for realism, robustness, and contractual milestone alignment.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, PMO, and leadership for schedule accuracy.
- Deliver schedule reporting, analysis, and forecasts to senior stakeholders.
- Apply consistent scheduling standards, assumptions, and baseline controls.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Scheduler/Planning experience on complex programmes/portfolios.
- Advanced Microsoft Project proficiency; IMS experience essential.
- Expertise in integrated planning, critical path analysis, and schedule assurance.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and challenge complex plans.
- Excellent detail orientation, organisation, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
