Project Scheduler - Hybrid Role in Whiteley, Hampshire

Join Leidos UK & Europe, a leader in technology, engineering, and science, delivering innovative solutions for defence, healthcare, government, safety, security, and transportation. We're seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a complex, large-scale programme. This hybrid role, based in Whiteley, Hampshire, requires SC clearance attainment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and own the programme's IMS.
  • Consolidate multi-workstream schedules into a logically linked master plan.
  • Conduct critical path and dependency analysis to identify risks and mitigations.
  • Review and challenge plans for realism, robustness, and contractual milestone alignment.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, PMO, and leadership for schedule accuracy.
  • Deliver schedule reporting, analysis, and forecasts to senior stakeholders.
  • Apply consistent scheduling standards, assumptions, and baseline controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven Scheduler/Planning experience on complex programmes/portfolios.
  • Advanced Microsoft Project proficiency; IMS experience essential.
  • Expertise in integrated planning, critical path analysis, and schedule assurance.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and challenge complex plans.
  • Excellent detail orientation, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
