Key Responsibilities
- Develop quality plans, inspection/test procedures, and process documentation.
- Manage nonconformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Review AS9102 FAI reports and interface with DCMA and government QA reps.
- Track quality metrics, approve drawings, and support PDR/CDR/APQP/PPAP reviews.
- Conduct supplier audits and ensure AS9100 compliance.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree + 4-8 years in ISO9001/AS9100 or DOD/Aerospace quality.
- GD&T expertise (ASME Y14.5-2009), RCCA experience, QMS documentation skills.
- DoD Secret clearance (US Citizen), 2nd shift ready, North AL resident.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, team communication, 25 lb lift capacity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering knowledge, CNC machining/inspection.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
- PFMEA/RCCA development experience.
