Primary Responsibilities
- Perform precise inspections of sub-assemblies, rack builds, and machine components against blueprints and specifications.
- Oversee Production Acceptance Testing (PAT) to confirm product reliability.
- Verify configuration management, documentation accuracy, and kitted materials for shipment.
- Enforce Quality Management System procedures and support internal audits.
- Collaborate with Leidos teams and FAA customers to exceed expectations.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent + 1-3 years relevant experience.
- Proven experience with cable manufacturing, sub-assemblies, and rack builds.
- Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, configuration management, and calibration protocols.
- Experience reviewing test results and supporting documentation.
- Microsoft Office expertise and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Testing environment experience.
- ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and auditing knowledge.
