We're seeking a skilled PCMM Technician to join our innovative team in Huntsville, tackling complex engineering challenges with cutting-edge metrology tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on large-scale weldments, assemblies, and tooling using Romer arms, Leica laser trackers (AT960/AT402), AS1 scanners, and manual layouts.
• Document defects, deliver data-driven feedback to machinists and engineers, and maintain all inspection equipment.
• Operate independently in a fast-paced environment, generating detailed reports including bubble prints, Certificates of Conformance, and Non-Conformance Reports.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 3-5+ years of metrology experience.
• Expertise in Romer Arm, laser trackers, CMMs, and standard tools like micrometers and calipers.
• GD&T proficiency (ASME Y14.5-2009), drawing interpretation, and test procedure execution.
• US Citizen eligible for Secret Clearance; local to North Alabama or willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Spatial Analyzer or similar PCMM software experience.
• Aerospace hardware inspection, MRB, AS9102 First Article, ISO9001/AS9100 familiarity.
• Counterfeit prevention (AS5553) and Acceptance Data Packs.
