Leidos is seeking a skilled RC-135 Operations Airborne Systems Engineer (ASE) Training Specialist (Levels 1, 3, or 5) for a potential future opening at Offutt AFB, Omaha, NE. Join our innovative team supporting Air Combat Command's (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission. With a TS/SCI clearance and passion for aviation excellence, you'll deliver mission-critical training that shapes elite aircrew.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality academic, simulator, and inflight training to ASE operators on RC-135 fleets, adhering to FAA standards, ICAO guidelines, technical orders, and DoD/USAF directives.
  • Integrate safety and emergency procedures with ASE-specific training to develop comprehensive aircrew capabilities.
  • Generate detailed daily and monthly metrics on training performance, identifying gaps and efficiencies to inform CTS and FTU leadership decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years relevant experience, or Associate's with 6+ years (additional experience may substitute for degree).
  • RC-135 flight experience within the last 4 years and in-depth operational knowledge.
  • CFIC certification mandatory.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance on day one.
