Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive academic, simulator, and inflight training aligned with FAA, ICAO, aircraft technical orders, DoD/USAF guidance, and syllabi.
- Focus on ISR crew duties, including safety and emergency procedures.
- Generate in-depth metrics on Programmed Flying Training (PFT): scheduled vs. accomplished, effective vs. non-effective, and leadership-required variables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 4 years experience (or Associate’s + 6 years; equivalents considered).
- Recent RC-135 platform experience.
- CFIC Certification.
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph.

- Conduct training on ISR-related duties and non-ISR aircrew tasks like safety/emergency procedures
- Analyze and report training data including PFT scheduled vs. accomplished, effective vs. non-effective metrics
- Provide daily/monthly training accomplishment, needs, status, and effectiveness reports to CTS/FTU leadership
- Support Air Combat Command’s ISR mission at Offutt AFB
