Leidos, a premier government contractor, has secured the Beacon program in Northern Virginia—a long-term Intelligence initiative delivering critical national security impact. We're hiring Reports Officers at all levels (1 to 20+ years experience) with active TS/SCI w/Polygraph to guide intelligence collection, direct information dissemination, and brief management on reporting metrics. Work at client sites in Reston, VA.
Experience Levels
- Level 1: 1+ year + Bachelor’s
- Level 2: 3+ years + Bachelor’s
- Level 3: 7+ years + Bachelor’s
- Level 4: 12+ years + Bachelor’s
- Level 5: 20+ years + Bachelor’s
*5 years additional experience may substitute for degree. Level and compensation set post-interview. Posted range is guideline only.*Key Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph (mandatory)
- Intelligence reporting & requirements expertise

- Provide guidance on intelligence collection
- Direct dissemination of key information
- Deliver comprehensive briefings on reporting statistics to management
- Plan and organize tasks independently
- Develop and implement solutions to reporting gaps
