Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture Program Ally (contractor) relationships, providing oversight for safe, efficient project delivery to meet production goals.
  • Recruit, train, and orient Program Allies across Ameren Illinois territory.
  • Conduct residential energy assessments, quality inspections, and technical support in attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
  • Manage records, certifications, and program participation; keep Allies updated on incentives and requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams, present program opportunities, and report progress weekly/monthly/quarterly.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree + ≤2 years experience (or equivalent).
  • Superior communication, customer relations, and organizational skills for home office multitasking.
  • MS Office proficiency; BPI Building Analyst certification (or within 6 months).
  • Physical capability for fieldwork; reliable transportation.

Preferred Experience

  • Salesforce CRM, energy efficiency background, building science knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with Program Allies (contractors) and oversee project flow to meet production goals
  • Conduct Program Ally training, recruiting, and orientations across Ameren Illinois territory
  • Manage Program Ally records, certifications, and participation agreements
  • Perform home energy assessments, quality control inspections, and technical support
