Key Responsibilities
- Nurture Program Ally (contractor) relationships, providing oversight for safe, efficient project delivery to meet production goals.
- Recruit, train, and orient Program Allies across Ameren Illinois territory.
- Conduct residential energy assessments, quality inspections, and technical support in attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
- Manage records, certifications, and program participation; keep Allies updated on incentives and requirements.
- Collaborate with teams, present program opportunities, and report progress weekly/monthly/quarterly.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree + ≤2 years experience (or equivalent).
- Superior communication, customer relations, and organizational skills for home office multitasking.
- MS Office proficiency; BPI Building Analyst certification (or within 6 months).
- Physical capability for fieldwork; reliable transportation.
Preferred Experience
- Salesforce CRM, energy efficiency background, building science knowledge.
