Join Leidos' Defense Sector mission-critical team! Leidos delivers innovative network solutions for the Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command. We're seeking a RHN Baseband Training Specialist with WIN-T expertise for full-time role in Grovetown, GA (near Augusta). Design scalable network architectures supporting Unit Hub Node, Regional Hub Node, SSS, JNN, BnCPN, NetOps, and STTs.
New Equipment & Field Operations Support
- Monitor system performance, availability, resource utilization, and capacity planning.
- Deliver Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting.
- Adhere to configuration and change management policies.
Curriculum Development
- Coordinate TPF/NET plans with Government customers.
- Create tailored training for systems, upgrades, and missions.
Training Services
- Conduct field/classroom instruction, including nights and inclement weather.
- Modernization training on operations/maintenance.
- Act as primary fielders, installers, instructors, and demonstrators.
Cross-Training & Continuing Education
Expand competencies through formal training and self-study. Attend CONUS/OCONUS instructor courses to maintain certification.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s + 4 years experience (or equivalent).
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- WIN-T baseband, switching/routing, COMSEC knowledge.
- VMWare VCP-DCV, NCC/Linkway/Raydyne/FDMA/NCW expertise.
- Networking protocols, OSI/TCP-IP, monitoring tools.
- 50% travel readiness.

- Deliver field, classroom, and operational training including night/inclement weather support
- Provide Level-2/3 troubleshooting, system monitoring, and performance optimization
- Serve as fielder, installer, instructor, and demonstrator for system modernizations
- Participate in cross-training and continuing education to maintain certification
- Coordinate classroom setups and ensure configuration/change management compliance
