Salesforce System Architect Role Overview
As a Salesforce System Architect at Leidos, lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. Enhance technical architecture, ensure security and compliance, and integrate with enterprise systems. Leverage deep expertise in Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Define scalable data models, workflows, and blueprints aligned with business objectives and compliance standards like FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53.
- Integrations & Customization: Implement APIs, middleware, ETL for ERP and data warehouse integrations; oversee custom Apex and LWC development.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Guide developers, conduct code reviews, gather requirements from stakeholders, and act as Salesforce SME.
- Optimization & Maintenance: Monitor performance, resolve issues, manage upgrades, and enforce data governance.
- Training & Documentation: Create materials, deliver sessions, and stay ahead of Salesforce releases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent + 4+ years in AWS and Salesforce environments.
- Hands-on Salesforce and AWS experience, including networking (VPC, DNS, CIDR).
- Government compliance expertise and strong analytical skills for fast-paced settings.
