Leidos seeks licensed behavioral health professionals for our Child and Youth Behavioral (CYB-MFLC) team supporting Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) at Beachwood Elementary School. This 9-month school calendar position offers a future opportunity to deliver vital non-medical support to military children, youth, parents, faculty, and staff facing unique military life challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly in school activities with military youth, providing coaching, guidance, and behavior modeling.
  • Conduct presentations on social-emotional learning and skill development.
  • Support family transitions, attend community events, and report installation trends.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s or higher in Behavioral Health Professions.

  • Ability to pass NACI/CNACI clearance and background check (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide non-medical counseling, consultation, and outreach to military youth, parents, and school staff at Beachwood Elementary School
  • Observe, engage, and model behavior management techniques for children and teens
  • Deliver presentations on social skills and emotional learning development
  • Build rapport with families through community events and support transitions like new schools
  • Report trends to Team Leads and participate in training; respond to emergent situations on base
