Leidos seeks licensed behavioral health professionals for our Child and Youth Behavioral (CYB-MFLC) team supporting Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) at Beachwood Elementary School. This 9-month school calendar position offers a future opportunity to deliver vital non-medical support to military children, youth, parents, faculty, and staff facing unique military life challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly in school activities with military youth, providing coaching, guidance, and behavior modeling.
- Conduct presentations on social-emotional learning and skill development.
- Support family transitions, attend community events, and report installation trends.
- Respond to emergent situations across indoor (60%) and outdoor (40%) military environments, including uneven terrain and weather exposure.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s or higher in Behavioral Health Professions.
