This Scrum Master role is embedded in a small, close-knit team working on client site, emphasizing cross-training, flexibility, and collaboration with product owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate core scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot impediments to team progress.
  • Provide clear communication of project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPIs to drive high-quality, on-time product delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and Agile principles while coaching the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Australian citizenship and minimum TSPV security clearance (essential).
