Join Leidos as a Scrum Master in Chantilly, VA

Leidos is seeking a proven Scrum Master to join a high-performing agile team on a fast-paced, nationally significant program supporting the Sponsor's Entitlement Programs, IdAM/ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes, and Digital Policy Management. Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitate self-organizing teams, ensuring progress against sprint goals while shielding from scope creep.
• Remove blockers, foster communication, and enforce Scrum processes including clear Definition of Done.
• Lead ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, demos, retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize features, refine requirements, and develop user stories.
• Maintain radiators, track metrics, build dashboards, and coach on best agile practices.
• Support UAT, integration testing, release planning, and continuous improvement through pair-programming and cross-training.
• Coordinate across teams and report status to management.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• BS degree + 12+ years relevant experience (or equivalent).
• Proven Scrum Master or Team Lead experience in software/technical teams.
• Hands-on with agile tools like Jira or VersionOne.
• Superior communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.

Desired Qualifications

• CSM, SAFe SSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
