Leidos delivers innovative solutions for defense and intelligence customers worldwide. Our National Security Sector supports USCYBERCOM with cyber, logistics, and decision analytics expertise. We're seeking a Senior Administrative Specialist in Odenton, MD, to provide high-level support to USCYBERCOM J3 Operations, Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF), and Joint Task Force-Ares (JTF-ARES). This role ensures seamless operations, strategic coordination, and command readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely administrative support across USCYBERCOM elements, coordinating with internal/external entities.
  • Manage scheduling for meetings, VIP visits, events, including logistics, briefings, and AV setups.
  • Handle official correspondence, agendas, minutes, action trackers, and read-ahead materials per records standards.
  • Maintain calendars, personnel trackers, asset systems, and conduct training compliance analysis.
  • Oversee WMS tasks, develop SOPs, and optimize processes for efficiency.
  • Support HR functions: hiring, onboarding, training, out-processing.
  • Plan technical exchanges, TTXs, conferences, and high-level visitor logistics.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • 10+ years senior administrative experience in DoD/IC/USG.
  • Proven multitasking in mission-focused settings with superior communication.
  • Expertise in MS Office and file systems; strong organization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Business/Public Administration.
  • USCYBERCOM support experience.
  • Proficiency in WMS/JIRA, records/personnel/asset systems.
  • High-level event planning and process improvement success.
