Senior Analyst – Joint Air-Ground Integration (ACC/A3J Support)

Leidos is seeking a mission-focused Senior Analyst to join our Joint Air-Ground Integration Support (JAGIS) team, directly supporting ACC/A3J. This critical role advances Joint Air-Ground Integration and modernizes Command and Control (C2) capabilities as the DoD transitions from Counterinsurgency (COIN) to Large-Scale Combat Operations (LSCO). Ideal candidates offer deep operational experience, analytical expertise, and mastery of Joint operations within JAGIC, ASOC, and TACP enterprises.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis and recommendations strengthening Joint integration, C2 modernization, and combat assessment for ACC/A3J.
  • Provide actionable assessments during major exercises, focusing on Army Warfighter Exercise (WFX) series.
  • Act as Observer/Coach/Trainer (OCT) to enhance Joint C2 and TTP execution.
  • Lead TTP development and standardization for JAGIC, ASOC, and TACP.
  • Engage in JADC2 experimentation and assessments.
  • Contribute to TACP weapons system working groups and LSCO missions.
  • Design evaluations for C2 technologies, communications, and TOC processes.
  • Support airspace workshops, conferences, and integration groups.
  • Assist manpower studies, resource planning, and training development.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in relevant field; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years experience in Joint/Air Force/Army C2.
  • Expertise in JAGIC, ASOC, TACP integration.
  • Experience with large-scale exercises like WFX.
  • TTP development/assessment skills.
  • Strong analytical, writing, briefing abilities.
  • Top Secret SCI clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Joint Doctrine or AFI contributions.
  • AOC/ASOC/Joint planning experience.
  • JADC2 and emerging C2 tech familiarity.
  • Manpower and training documentation knowledge.
