Leidos Defense Group seeks a dynamic Senior Manager, Business Development for DoD Fourth Estate agencies. This role drives new business growth in a high-stakes environment, reporting to the DoD Enterprise IT Modernization Growth Director. Thrive in developing strategies and executing the full BD lifecycle across pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Mastery: Proactively build, qualify, and manage opportunities with Fourth Estate civilian and defense agencies via market research and engagement.
  • Elite Customer Ties: Forge trusted senior relationships; lead briefings, discussions, and demos with Account Managers and SMEs.
  • Win Strategy Leadership: Craft value propositions, refine strategies, and partner with capture teams for victory.
  • Solution Synergy: Collaborate with architects and SMEs to tailor capabilities to requirements.
  • Intelligence Edge: Deliver insights on trends, competitors, vehicles, and funding.
  • Growth Champion: Excel in reviews, ethical execution, and strategy shaping for portfolio expansion.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s +15 years or Master’s +13 years BD experience.
  • Pipeline success from qualification to capture.
  • Senior federal relationships in Fourth Estate.
  • Win strategy and solution shaping expertise.
  • Federal acquisition mastery.
  • Top Secret clearance, SCI eligible; US Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fourth Estate BD leadership.
  • IT modernization, cyber, digital transformation knowledge.
  • Federal budget and acquisition lifecycle experience.
  • Executive influence track record.
