Join Leidos as Senior Capture Manager - DoD

The Decision Advantage (DA) Business Area within Leidos Defense Sector seeks a Senior Capture Manager to drive high-value pursuits exceeding $100M with DoD customers. Reporting to the DA Capture Director, you'll secure existing business and win new opportunities in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive capture strategies for approved pursuits, influencing solutions that achieve strategic program goals and business wins.
• Recommend innovative processes, policies, and standards to solve complex, multi-disciplinary problems for DoD clients.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership on critical organizational matters, leveraging deep industry expertise.
• Lead opportunity qualification, customer shaping, team building, and proposal submission for large-scale programs.
• Negotiate teaming agreements and craft competitive pricing strategies with cost proposal materials.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years or Master’s with 13+ years relevant experience.
• Proven track record capturing/winning >$50M DoD/IC programs, from qualification to proposal.
• Expertise across business development: opportunity qualification, capture planning, customer/partner relations, team leadership.
• Experience negotiating teaming agreements and developing pricing/cost strategies.
• US Citizen eligible for Secret clearance; excellent communication skills demonstrated via presentations and technical documents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
• Deep DoD contracting knowledge with strong leadership, collaboration, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with fixed-price or completion-type pricing strategies.
