Leidos' Intel Sector seeks a dynamic Sr Capture Support Manager reporting to the VP of Capture Excellence. Drive securing existing business and winning new opportunities in intelligence. Ideal for restless innovators who thrive under pressure.
Primary Responsibilities
- Capture & Proposal Expertise: Analyze RFPs, collaborate on compliant, compelling proposals aligned to win strategies, themes, and discriminators.
- Win Strategy Leadership: Facilitate sector-wide workshops for consensus on winning visions to maximize pWin.
- Training & Coaching: Deliver win strategy/value proposition training; mentor diverse teams.
- Process Enhancement: Lead capture maturity assessments; revise pre-award processes/templates.
- Facilitation Mastery: Guide customer assessments, competitor black hats, solutioning, and OV-1 sessions.
- Review & Writing: Provide review feedback; lead volumes, write persuasive technical/management sections using research/interviews.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s +15 years or Master’s +13 years in capture/proposal roles.
- Active Security Clearance.
- Federal procurement expertise; high-scoring proposal track record.
- Superior writing/communication; deadline-driven; Microsoft fluent.
- Multi-project management; original content creation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diverse solicitation experience; APMP/PMP certifications.
- Positive under high-pressure deadlines.
