Core Responsibilities
- Email Security: Deploy SPF/DKIM/DMARC; resolve delivery and spoofing issues.
- Linux Administration: Handle RHEL lifecycle, patching, and compliance hardening.
- Email Infrastructure: Manage Postfix servers with secure integrations.
- High Availability: Implement load balancing and DR strategies.
- Monitoring & Automation: Use Grafana/Zabbix for insights; script with Bash/Python/PowerShell/Ansible.
- M365 Expertise: Optimize Exchange Online, security suites, and mail flows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Demonstrate advanced RHEL, Hybrid Exchange/M365, Postfix, and email auth expertise. Scripting proficiency and automation experience essential. US citizenship required; Public Trust clearance needed. 8-12+ years experience; RHCSA/RHCE preferred.

Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor SPF, DKIM, DMARC policies; troubleshoot email delivery
- Manage full lifecycle of RHEL servers: installation, patching, hardening
- Configure and maintain Postfix SMTP servers with DNS, LDAP, TLS integration
- Support load balancing, failover, and disaster recovery for high availability
- Monitor systems with Grafana/Nagios/Zabbix; analyze logs and resolve issues
- Automate tasks using Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible/Puppet
- Manage M365 tenant: Exchange Online, retention policies, mail flow features
