Senior Contracts Manager - Leidos National Security Sector

Leidos is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager for our Decision Advantaged Solution Business Area within the National Security Sector. This pivotal role supports cutting-edge R&D and production technologies protecting warfighters and national security. Reporting to the Contracts Director, you'll manage a diverse contract portfolio in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for major proposals, monitor contracts, and implement innovative solutions to meet objectives.
• Lead key negotiations, resolve complex contractual issues, and address performance challenges.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with Leidos policies and regulations.
• Review RFPs for risk mitigation; negotiate Teaming Agreements, NDAs, License Agreements, and OCI Mitigation Plans.
• Foster excellent relationships with government customers and collaborate with programs, procurement, finance, legal, and export control teams.

Basic Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• BA/BS + 12+ years or Masters + 10+ years relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of contract types including T&M, FFP, and Cost Plus.
• Proven ability to process complex data, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team-building experience, and FAR expertise.
• Working knowledge of DIA/NGA preferred; travel may be required.

Pay Range

$116,350 - $210,325 USD annually, based on experience, skills, and other factors.
